Radu has extensive failure experience in entrepreneurship, holding a personal record of launching, running and closing a Coffee Roasting House & Coffee Shop between 2009-2011, several years ahead of the starting trend in Bucharest. Optimistical human being, strongly believer in it is never too late, he decided to start again a training and consulting business while being over 40.
