I would like to introduce myself. I am Carmen Petcu, actual the General Manager for De'Longhi Group in Romania. Over the past 12 years, De'Longhi has established a modern industrial platform in Romania, featuring three factories and a dynamic team of over 4,000 employees. Our impressive product portfolio includes automated coffee machines and Braun breakfast equipment.

I bring to my team, an amazing international experience achieved in high-performance manufacturing environment, with over 18 years in the automotive industry. My various assignments have taken me to the large world, I am proud of my projects and missions done in France, Hungary, China, Serbia, the USA and Mexico. The most  particularly, I am  proud of a beautiful factory I built for Michelin in Chennai, India, adding this country to the company big map.

I hold a master’s in chemistry and have studied Management and Business Administration at Open University and Stanford Business University. I am a passionate advocate for the increasing role of women in business and a true believer that the modernization of the Romanian business environment would be remarkable and durable only by including and nourishing women's contributions.
